Centro Hotel owns and manages three hotels: Hotel Della Torre*** in Trevi, Hotel Poledrini*** and  Hotel Summit*** in Foligno and a farming estate called the Tenuta San Lorenzo.  Located in the centre of Umbria, known as the “Green heart of Italy”, they are well served by various train stations, the St. Egidio International Airport and major highways that connect to the rest of Umbria and Italy.

Our motto – “natural talent for hospitality” – has been repeatedly proven over the years as our total number of guest rooms has grown to 226.

We know that when a new client arrives at a hotel for the first time – be it for business, pleasure, meetings or sports retreats – he or she will feel a bit lost, be tired and stressed after a long journey, uncertain of what to expect.  This is where the magical smile comes in – to warmly welcome the traveller and make him/her feel immediately at ease to then relax into the new ambience and its comforts.

With a simple smile we invite our guests to enjoy the nature that surrounds them here in Umbria, the many parks, Lake Trasimeno, as well as the fine art and history to be found in the nearby villages, towns and cities: Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Deruta, Todi, Spoleto, Norcia, Cascia, Gubbio, Orvieto, Città della Pieve and Città di Castello… just to name a few.  Let is also not forget the fine typical products made in Umbria, a rich array of superb DOP cheeses and cured meats, internationally renowned DOC and DOCG wines, like Sagrantino, and the finest DOP extra-virgin olive oil in Italy.
