Centro Hotel company owns and runs three hotels located in Foligno and Trevi, in the heart of Umbria half way between Assisi and Spoleto, just 15 minutes away from each city.

HOTEL DELLA TORRE

A modern 3-star superior hotel complex at the feet of the town of Trevi, the hotel offers 135 rooms and suites, all equipped with the most modern of comforts: air conditioning, TV, direct-dial telephone and mini-bar.  The large luminous restaurant offers a rich menu based on specialties from the local cuisine.  There is an ample parking area reserved for guests and a free shuttle service to and from the train station in nearby Foligno. 

HOTEL POLEDRINI

Located at the gates of the historical centre of Foligno, this 3-star superior hotel has recently been renovated. Its 43 guest rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, TV, direct dial telephone and mini-bar.  The “Il Baiocco” restaurant offers dishes from the traditional Umbrian cuisine in an elegant and refined ambience.

HOTEL SUMMIT

Located just in front of the Hotel Poledrini, this 3-star hotel is functional and practical. It has 48 welcoming guest rooms and a well-lit breakfast room. Guests of the Hotel Summit can take their meals at the restaurant in the Hotel Poledrini.

Clients of the Hotel Poledrini  and Hotel Summit can park their cars in the private underground garage.

The 4-star Summit Roma Hotel & Convention Centre in Rome, one of the city’s most important hotels and congress centres, is also owned by the Centro Hotel company. It is located just a few minutes walk from Vatican City.

Tenuta San Lorenzo

This estate has been active since the 10th century and has all of the typical characteristics of Umbria.  Its 400 hectares of land spread over a panoramic hillside between Foligno and Spello at 400-600 meters above sea level on the slopes of Mount Subasio.

The centre of the estate is a tiny hamlet built up around an ancient convent with cloister that was funded in 1300 by a Clarene monk.  The little church is still consecrated. 

The estate also has more than 300 hectares of woods, fields and pastureland, some of which is fenced off as a reserve where wild deer and hare roam.
